Job summary

The Hydro Hotel in Llandudno is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Operative to join Alfa Holiday Group’s team. You will work roughly 16 hours per week, including weekends, at an hourly rate of £14.96.

Responsibilities include general maintenance around the hotel, logging issues in guest bedrooms and public areas, and assisting with refurbishment works as part of our rolling program. Safety compliance and guest satisfaction are priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain practical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general hotel maintenance across the property.
• Log and fix issues in guest bedrooms and public areas promptly.
• Assist with larger refurbishment projects and liaise with contractors.
• Ensure weekly and monthly safety checks are completed.
