Job summary

The Lowry Hotel in Manchester seeks a Maintenance Operative to support the Assistant Chief Engineer and carry out preventative and reactive maintenance using property management systems.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical work and general mechanical tasks, with a 17th Edition qualification desired and health & safety awareness encouraged. Shifts include weekends, early and late shifts, with training and staff discounts on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative and reactive maintenance.
• 17th Edition qualification desired.
• Health & Safety experience desirable.
• Ability to prioritise maintenance requests.
