RBH's Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield is seeking a Finance Assistant on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role supports AR, Purchase Ledger and general financial administration. Salary £28,000 full-time equivalent, actual £14,000 per year for 20 hours per week.

You will work with the Financial Controller and hotel management to ensure accurate records, timely invoices and payments, and excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant or Finance Administration role.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Purchase Ledger is essential.
• Previous hospitality or hotel finance experience desirable.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and financial controls.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with all departments.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using hotel finance systems would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Raise and process invoices and reconcile guest ledger and company accounts.
• Chase outstanding payments and maintain debtor accounts.
• Process supplier invoices and match against purchase orders.
• Assist with daily banking, month-end procedures and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
