Job summary

MERKUR Slots in Worksop is seeking a Team Member – Part Time to help deliver a warm welcome and a great gaming experience. You will greet customers, maintain high venue standards and support promotions in line with brand guidelines.

No prior gaming experience is required as full training is provided. You will join a friendly team with 24 hours per week, 28 days holiday, a contributory pension, life assurance, discounts with high street retailers, and excellent career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Delivered excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated to shift work.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the venue remains clean and presentable, including gaming equipment and surfaces.
• Offer rounds of refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour to maintain safety and smooth operation.
• Assist with administration and 100% accuracy when required.
• Support promotional activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers and log discussions as per policy.
• Maintain smart personal presentation and adhere to dress code.
