Job summary

NHV Ground Handling Agent in the United Kingdom base handles passenger, security and ramp tasks, with a focus on processing passengers and baggage and aircraft loading/unloading. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and is customer service oriented.

The position involves close cooperation with Operations, Engineering and Flight Crew to ensure smooth departures and arrivals, while maintaining safety and security standards in the terminal.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of aviation/operational experience.
• DNXCT certification to operate X-Ray equipment (desirable).
• Additional qualifications such as First Aid, Fire Warden, Forklift desirable.
• Professional level English (speaking, understanding, writing).

Responsibilities

• Check in and manifest passengers, baggage and freight.
• Security screening of baggage, freight and passengers.
• Load and unload aircraft.
• Guide passengers to the safety briefing room and aircraft.
• Support fueling, turnaround and cleaning as required.
• Assist passengers and resolve issues during departures/arrivals.
• Maintain a safe environment in the terminal.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Flight Crew.
