Job summary

PrimeFlight UK is hiring for Ground Handling and Operations roles focused on delivering timely, accurate passenger baggage processing and aircraft turnaround. You will work in a team to maintain high performance standards while aligning with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

We seek candidates with a 5-year work history in the UK, a valid driving licence, and flexible availability for shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• Must provide a full 5-year work history with no gaps.
• Must be able to obtain a clear DBS certificate.
• Be resident in the UK for the last 5 years.
• Driving Licence is essential.
• Be flexible to early starts, late finishes, night shifts and overtime.
• Ramp experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete processes and activities in line with CAA and DfT regulations and airline, airport, and company procedures.
• Perform accurate and efficient sortation of outbound passenger baggage.
• Take active involvement in Aircraft Turnaround processes and related ground operations.
• Safe and efficient operation of Ground Service Equipment.
• Carry out regular preventative maintenance in the operational environment (FOD removal, GS equipment checks).
• Provide support for baggage loading/unloading issues and communicate with Team Leader.
• Work cohesively as part of the team to improve safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high service standards.
