Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member in Llanelli. This is a permanent, part-time role at 18 hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour. Location is Llanelli, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals, receive deliveries and keep the kitchen stocked, while working closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.

No prior hotel experience is required; training will be provided and there are opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
