Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for the Porthmadog property, located at Britannia Terrace. The role covers welcoming guests, assisting with check‑in, serving breakfast or dinner, and helping guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and bar service when required.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates when the hotel is busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
