Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for our Redhill Reigate location. This part-time role involves welcoming guests, helping with check-ins, serving breakfast or dinner, and assisting guests to ensure a smooth stay.

No prior hotel experience is required; friendly, patient individuals who enjoy helping people will be trained. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and busy periods, with extensive opportunities to learn and grow within Whitbread.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service are considered.
• If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
