Concept Resources is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Rayleigh, United Kingdom. The role runs Monday to Friday with optional morning or evening shifts. You will work on a single site, ensuring secure premises and taking responsibility for site conditions when required.

The position requires basic cleaning duties, independence, and adherence to health and safety procedures. Right to work documentation is required at induction.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder.
• Able to operate an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to commit to the Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washrooms.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
