Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Portree. The role is an evening position, two hours daily, Monday to Friday, with a 10-hour week and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The candidate will work independently and may be asked to secure the site after hours. Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and ensuring high cleanliness standards while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working and being a key holder.
• Able to operate alarm panel where required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
