Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Penrith. This morning cleaning role is two hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a 10-hour weekly commitment.

The successful candidate will work independently, secure the site, and perform general cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The role requires prior cleaning experience, the ability to work lone, and comfort with being a key holder and alarm panel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder.
• Able to operate an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
