Job summary

Concept Resources in Dalkeith is seeking a reliable part-time cleaner for a government office site. The role is 1.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a starting date to be confirmed. You will work independently, with responsibility for securing the site when required.

Hourly pay is £12.71, and we require prior cleaning experience, ability to work lone shifts, and reliable attendance using the clocking system. This is a temporary cover vacancy.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working and being a key holder.
• Able to operate alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.
• Must use site clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washrooms.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
