Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Hessle. This evening role involves cleaning duties for one hour per day, Monday to Friday, 5 hours weekly, with a £12.71 per hour pay rate.

The successful candidate will work independently, ensure a clean, safe and presentable environment, and comply with site health and safety procedures. Right to work in the UK required at induction.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder.
• Able to operate an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces
• Replenishing consumables where required
