Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Leominster. This evening position runs one hour per day, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The successful candidate will work independently, ensuring a clean, safe and presentable environment and will follow site health and safety procedures. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, and the role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work lone or as a key

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder.
• Able to operate an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces
• Replenishing consumables where required
