KOKO is seeking a part-time Goods Receiver in Hampstead to support stock receipt, storage and distribution across the venue. You will ensure accurate checking, safe storage and timely supply to kitchen, bar and service teams, with a hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations.

Working under the Head Goods Receiver, you will assist with stock handling, rotation, replenishment, inventory checks and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the goods receiving areas.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to check deliveries and identify discrepancies.
• Understanding of stock rotation and safe storage practices, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks including lifting and moving deliveries.
• Clear communication and teamwork across multiple teams.
• Flexible to support part-time operational requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist with receiving, checking and unloading deliveries, ensuring quantities and quality match notes.
• Maintain accurate stock records, delivery logs and documentation.
• Distribute stock to bar, kitchen and service areas ahead of service.
• Monitor stock levels and raise shortages or replenishment needs.
• Keep stockrooms and storage areas tidy and organised; handle beverages and food products with care.
• Follow procedures for stock movements, storage and documentation.
• Support with stock counts and investigations of discrepancies.
