Oxygen Finance is seeking a part-time Goods Receiver to manage deliveries for a hotel, ensuring accurate checking, safe storage, and stock recording. You will collaborate with kitchen, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance to support guest services.

Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, recording stock, adhering to HACCP and FIFO, and supporting inventory activities. Practical stock-handling skills and teamwork are essential for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check all deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and any signs of damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately record all deliveries and maintain stock control records.
• Ensure food deliveries comply with food safety and HACCP requirements, including temperature checks.
• Store goods safely and appropriately, following stock rotation procedures (FIFO).
• Coordinate with department heads regarding incoming deliveries and stock requirements.
• Report shortages, damaged goods, or supplier issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe receiving and storage area.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and company policies.

Job description

As a Goods Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and managing all deliveries to the hotel, ensuring stock is accurately checked, recorded, and stored in line with company procedures. You will work closely with the kitchen, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel has the supplies required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends when required on a rota basis.
