Job summary

The Hurlingham Club in London is seeking a Goods Receiver to support the Kitchen and F&B Commercial teams. This full-time role is 40 hours across five days, with shifts spread Monday to Sunday and two days off each week.

You will ensure goods quality, match deliveries to purchase orders, manage stock receipt and dispatch to departments, and work closely with colleagues to keep stock accurate.

Qualifications

• Candidates will be IT literate with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask with accuracy across a number of concurrent duties and projects.
• Candidates must have prior experience within a kitchen/food and beverage environment. Previous experience with a stock control system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality of goods received.
• Making sure that all deliveries are matched to the relevant purchase order.
• Managing and controlling the receipt of all supplies (food, liquor, dry, disposable, equipment and cleaning to the Club).
• To be responsible for the handling and dispatch of all stock to the relevant departments.
