Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging visits.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the funeral home.
• Manage documentation and arrangements using digital systems.
• Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Support with manual handling of coffins.
• Update client management applications with accurate information.
