Job summary

Carousel Consultancy Ltd is recruiting a part-time Prospects Pipeline / Campaign Manager to support a national charity’s fundraising campaign from their Kent offices. The role requires 2.5 days per week, with duties spanning data management, campaign coordination and stakeholder liaison to drive prospect engagement.

The ideal candidate will be an organised administrator with strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a deadline-driven environment and using CRM systems to maintain

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
• Experience with CRM databases, particularly Raiser’s Edge, is highly advantageous.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Full, valid driving licence and ability to travel to meetings/events as required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams to keep senior and prospect communications active.
• Manage prospect pipeline data, contact lists and event attendee lists.
• Organise regular campaign meetings to ensure pipeline success.
• Provide support for board meetings, tours and events.
• Maintain accurate files, records and CRM data (Raiser’s Edge).
• Analyse key data, generate reports and make recommendations.
