Job summary

Carousel Consultancy Ltd in Kent is seeking a Campaign Researcher and Events Coordinator for a prestigious charity client. The role involves extensive prospect research, donor visits, charity tours, and coordinating events.

You will build strong relationships, manage guest lists, briefings and post-event analysis, and travel to meetings as required. Driving licence essential; weekend/evening work may be needed. Salary up to £40k DoE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable success in a target-driven role (fundraising or relevant sales).
• Strong, accurate research skills with ability to summarise long information.
• Event coordination experience and donor engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Extensive research on prospects, visitors and guests, ensuring high-quality information.
• Organising meetings, donor visits, charity tours and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Preparing briefings, meeting papers and event presentations.
