Job summary

3P Ministries is seeking a Fund Development Officer to grow our supporter base, cultivate church partnerships, and drive fundraising and engagement across the UK and beyond. The role is flexible, part-time, and remote, with reporting to the Fund Development Manager.

You will nurture donor relationships, deliver campaigns, gather impact stories, and coordinate church presentations while working with the Communications Associate and Finance Manager to strengthen long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Committed Christian who actively supports 3P Ministries.
• Fundraising, supporter engagement, grant writing or related field experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with existing and prospective supporters and encourage regular giving.
• Develop church partnerships across the UK and coordinate speaking opportunities.
• Gather and share stories demonstrating ministry impact and coordinate events.
• Maintain donor records and CRM journeys; support communications and appeals.
• Represent the organisation at conferences and support prayer and advocacy activities.
