Life In Abundance UK is seeking a Partnerships & Fundraising Lead to identify funding opportunities, open doors and build enduring collaborations. You will work closely with the Executive Director to develop our fundraising portfolio and secure multi-year support for our mission.

This home-based role involves occasional UK travel and may require international visits and mission trips as needed. A proven track record in securing funds and managing donor relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years’ fundraising, partnership development or income generation experience preferred.
• Strong grant-writing skills and track record of securing funding.
• Proven prospect research, networking and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify trusts, foundations and institutional funders aligned with our mission.
• Develop compelling grant applications, funding proposals and cases for support.
• Manage funding opportunities from research to reporting, stewardship and renewal.
• Pursue multi-year funding, renewals and sustainable income.
• Research prospective funders, partners and networks to open new opportunities.
• Prepare prospect profiles and briefing papers to drive action.
• Cultivate relationships with churches, Christian organisations and major donors.
• Build and manage a portfolio of priority prospects and develop tailored partnership proposals.
• Support the Executive Director in significant institutional relationships.
• Maintain an active fundraising pipeline and produce forecasts and intelligence.
• Represent LIA-UK at selected church gatherings and strategic meetings.
