Are you passionate about seeing Christians engage more deeply in God's mission?

We are seeking a relational, motivated and enthusiastic Fund Development Officer to help grow our community of supporters across the UK, US and globally. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Christian ministry with over 25 years of experience supporting disciple-making movements, leadership development and community transformation across the Arab, Persian and Turkic worlds.

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, building partnerships, communicating inspiring stories of impact, and helping individuals and churches become active partners in Christian ministry.

You will play a key role in expanding our supporter base, strengthening relationships with existing individual, institutional donors and churches, helping expand our network of ministry partners, and encourage greater participation in the ministry through prayer, giving and advocacy.

This is a flexible, part-time role with significant potential for growth as fundraising and supporter engagement activities expand.

3P Ministries is a UK registered Charity. Our international team of experienced disciple makers catalise church planting movements in the Arab, Turkic, Persian and North African world. The core team are located globally, but with a significant proportion of leadership, trustees and support staff based within the UK and US.

  • Help deliver fundraising appeals and supporter campaigns.
  • Ensure supporters receive excellent care, communication and appreciation.
  • Identify opportunities to develop major donor and legacy giving relationships.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and supporter journeys through our CRM system.
Develop Church Partnerships

  • Arrange speaking opportunities, church visits and mission presentations.
  • Recruit and support church champions and advocates.
  • Encourage churches to engage through prayer, giving and practical partnership.
  • Develop resources that help churches connect with our ministry.
  • Represent the organisation at conferences, church events and networking opportunities.
Support Communications and Events, working closely with the Communications Associate to:
  • Gather and share stories that demonstrate ministry impact.
  • Contribute to newsletters, emails, prayer updates and appeals.
  • Coordinate supporter and church events.
  • Work alongside ministry and communications colleagues to inspire engagement and generosity.
About You
