Qualifications

• Proven fundraising track record (trusts, corporates, or major donors).
• Experience building partnerships with high-value donors and organisations.
• Strong written skills for bids, proposals and impact reporting.
• Event planning and delivery experience.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Secure £60k–£90k in new income from diverse sources.
• Submit 8+ funding applications, including at least one multi-year award.
• Launch membership scheme and secure 50+ members.
• Deliver 3+ major events, including flagship Christmas Concert.
• Implement donor CRM and produce monthly impact summaries.
