Gateway Recovery Centre in Widnes is looking for a part-time receptionist. You will work 15 hours per week, greeting visitors, coordinating the office diary for meetings and events, and handling calls, emails and post with a friendly, professional approach.

You will support security through visitor sign-ins and checks, and work between 9am–8pm including weekends. Elysium Healthcare offers a pro‑rata salary, leave, training and wellbeing benefits.

Qualificações

• GCSE English Language at grade C or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work professionally and with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all visitors in a friendly manner and sign the visitor book.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure meeting rooms are presentable.
• Manage the office diary for meetings, events, training days and therapy sessions.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and post efficiently.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of the service.
