Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship for Sales and Demand Generation clients.
• Oversee approvals for anything sent to a prospect or client on their behalf.
• Coordinate roster planning and session comms, relaying coaching notes and briefs.
• Keep list hygiene current, including opt-out suppression and DNC records.
• Report on campaign progress and flag renewal, upgrade and expansion opportunities.
