GoGorilla.com is seeking a Freelance Account Manager for Email Marketing. This part-time, independent contractor role focuses on owning client relationships, delivering regular reporting, and driving renewals and upsell opportunities within a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will manage onboarding for new clients, handle escalations, and contribute to growth across multiple functions, with exposure to diverse projects and a dynamic team based in London hours.

• Ability to manage renewals and upsell opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day relationship for Email Marketing clients.
• Deliver weekly summary and monthly deep-dive reporting.
• Manage renewal and upsell opportunities, including segmentation and SMS expansion.
• Handle escalations such as misdirected sends, blocklisting and spam-complaint spikes.
• Oversee onboarding, including ESP access, sending-domain authentication and list import for new clients.
