GoGorilla is looking for a freelance Account Manager for Paid Advertising to own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio, focusing on renewals, upsells, and channel expansion. You will deliver weekly summaries and monthly deep-dives, resolve escalations, ensure pre-launch QA, and manage access, pixels, and billing handovers for new clients.

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
• Ability to deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Strong communication and escalation handling.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day relationships for a set of Paid Advertising clients and drive renewals, upsells, and channel expansion.
• Deliver weekly summaries and monthly deep-dive reporting.
• Handle escalations such as account suspensions and ad disapprovals.
• Oversee pre-launch QA and ongoing sampling for campaigns.
• Coordinate ad-account access, pixel and tag setup, and billing handovers for new clients.
