Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship for clients using GoGorilla's Talent Solutions.
• Deliver the monthly placement report and day-30, day-60 and day-90 review packs.
• Track placement performance and flag underperformance early.
• Handle escalations, including guarantee claims and replacement requests.
• Manage renewal and upsell opportunities, including term renewals and package upgrades.
