Brentford FC’s Foundation phase coaching role focuses on delivering the Academy’s coaching methodology and game model for U9-U10 players at the Training Ground. You will support players’ development through individual plans and parent engagement, within a collaborative IDT framework and under the Academy leadership.

Formación

• UEFA B License is essential.
• Advanced Youth Award is desirable.
• Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) training.
• FA Safeguarding compliance.
• Experience coaching foundation phase in an academy environment.
• Understanding of interdisciplinary team working.
• Knowledge of youth development rules and EPPP standards.

Responsabilidades

• Plan elite level coaching for the foundation phase.
• Make decisions that balance performance and long-term development.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support wellbeing.
• Forge positive relationships with players and families and motivate potential.
• Develop and implement Individual Development Plans on and off the pitch.
• Maintain training and game records and assist with data capture.
