Job summary

Brentford FC Limited seeks a Part-Time Assistant Academy Coach (U13) to join the Academy coaching team at the Training Ground. You will deliver the Club’s Academy coaching methodology, curriculum and game model during training and matches, while supporting players with their Individual Development Plans.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to promote holistic player development and wellbeing, maintaining records and contributing to IDP timelines.

Qualifications

• UEFA A License is a must.
• Advanced Youth Award required.
• Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) knowledge.
• FA Safeguarding knowledge expected.
• Experience coaching in youth development within an Academy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver elite coaching for the assigned U13 age group.
• Contribute to the Academy curriculum, game model and IDP processes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support player development and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with players and families, guiding development.
• Complete IDT notes and data capture for planning and review.
• Support recruitment tasks and trialist assessments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of training and match time.
