Cognism Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk on a part-time basis to support our payables function. The role is hands-on with day-to-day scheduling flexibility, and you can manage your day around personal needs as long as weekly deadlines are met.

Responsibilities include accurate invoice processing, vendor communication, maintaining AP master data, and assisting with weekly/monthly payment runs. A Bachelor’s in finance or accounting and NetSuite proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (AP function) strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor bills, credit card transactions, and employee expenses with accurate coding.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoice status and payments; escalate unresolved issues to the Director of Accounting.
• Maintain AP master data including addresses and bank details; keep information up to date.
• Assist in weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
• Adhere to AP policies and flag potential compliance or control issues.
• Collaborate with treasury, finance, and other departments to streamline AP processes.
