Cognism is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in London to support the payables function. This role handles day-to-day processing of vendor bills, credit card transactions, and employee expenses, reporting to the Director of Accounting.

This part-time position offers flexibility to organise your day around personal needs while helping keep our financial operations running smoothly. Strong NetSuite and Excel skills, VAT knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or business.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (AP) strongly preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and VAT knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice Processing: code and process vendor bills, credit card transactions, and employee expenses.
• Vendor Communication: respond to queries and escalate issues to the Director of Accounting.
• Vendor Data: maintain AP master file data with address and bank updates.
• Payment Support: assist with weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure documentation.
• Compliance: follow AP policies and flag compliance issues.
• Process Improvement: identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to accounting leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with treasury and finance to streamline AP processes.
