A well-respected Interior Design business, focusing on the luxury sector. The organization has grown significantly, gaining recognition for its brand and excellent design team. It currently has a turnover of 10 million.

Your new role

This role reports to the Managing Director and involves working with external accountants to produce monthly reports and performance analysis. It is a sole charge accounting position. The role is part-time, likely 3 or 4 days per week, flexible, and suitable for a qualified accountant seeking a hands-on, part-time role at this career stage.

• Preparation and ownership of monthly reporting
• Budgets and forecasts
• Collaboration with an accounting firm at year-end
• Working closely with business operations
• Reporting to the MD

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified professional with experience or interest in working within a small, growing business. Ideally, you are looking for a part-time role (3 or 4 days per week with reduced hours).

What you'll get in return

You will join a business at an important stage of its development, taking on senior-level responsibilities as the company aims to improve operational processes. The full-time equivalent salary ranges from 75k to 85k, paid on a pro-rata basis depending on contracted hours.
