Flora Partners in Wolverhampton is seeking a Part-Time Financial Controller to own the full accounting cycle across multi-entity operations. You will produce monthly management accounts, consolidate where required and prepare statutory accounts end-to-end, while delivering insightful commentary to senior management.

The role offers hybrid working, pro rata UK salary £65,000–£70,000 FTE and a chance to partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning for a growing business.

Formación

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong hands-on experience preparing statutory accounts from start to finish.
• Proven management accounting experience.
• Experience producing consolidated accounts across multiple entities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience.
• Commercially aware with the confidence to work alongside senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized and hands-on approach.
• Experience in a multi-entity business would be advantageous.

We're recruiting for an experienced Part-Time Financial Controller to join an established, growing business based in Wolverhampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, qualified accountant who enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle and is looking for a varied, hands‑on role on a part-time basis.

Working closely with the CFO, you'll take responsibility for financial reporting across multiple entities, from monthly management accounts and consolidations through to preparing statutory accounts from start to finish.

The business is looking for someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of the detail and provide meaningful commercial insight to support senior management.

The Role

About You

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience.
• Commercially aware, with the confidence to work alongside senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a broad finance remit.
• A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach.
• Experience working within a multi‑entity business would be advantageous.
