Job summary

The CFO HQ in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Part-Time Financial Controller to own the full accounting cycle across multiple entities. You will deliver monthly management accounts, consolidations and statutory accounts from start to finish, with a strong focus on accuracy and commercial insight.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, and provide analysis to support strategic decisions alongside the CFO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, ideally with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience preparing statutory accounts from start to finish.
• Proven management accounting experience.
• Experience producing consolidated accounts across multiple entities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience.
• Commercially aware, confident to work with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a broad finance remit.
• Experience in a multi-entity business would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full accounting cycle across multiple entities.

• Produce consolidated accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare statutory accounts end to end, including year-end adjustments and disclosures.

• Maintain financial controls and robust reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the CFO and senior stakeholders to drive decisions and efficiency improvements.
