Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping role.
• Experience managing payroll for a sizeable workforce (ideally 100+ employees).
• Experience line-managing or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and support to a part-time Bookkeeper.
• Input into financial and wider business strategy.
• Manage payroll and expense processes.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Manage supplier and customer accounts, including rents for properties/services.
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and budget monitoring.
• Respond to finance-related queries from colleagues and external contacts.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and systems.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
