Job summary

Trial Balance is assisting a charitable organisation located between Exeter and Exmouth to recruit a Finance Officer on a 20-hour per week basis, supporting the Head of Finance and handling a varied remit.

The role includes ledger maintenance, reconciliations, liaising with stakeholders, payroll, and assisting with management accounts; AAT qualifications are desirable but not essential, and support for ongoing study is offered. Strong Excel and Sage experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• AAT qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential, and support can be offered for ongoing studies.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with Sage would also be desirable.
