Confidential in Coventry is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a hands-on finance function on a part-time basis (four days per week). You will manage day-to-day accounting, oversight of month-end, budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear financial insight to senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the CFO, you will line manage a Finance Officer, collaborate with budget holders and support statutory accounts, audits and controls.

Qualificações

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong experience in management accounts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Not-for-profit sector experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day finance function with accurate transactions and reporting.
• Take ownership of monthly management accounts and month-end processes.
• Prepare financial reports and provide clear information to senior stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, ledgers and general financial operations; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support statutory accounts, audits and internal controls.
