Job summary

Robert Walters is seeking a Fractional Finance Director (part-time) in Coventry. The role offers hybrid working and a focus on strategic financial leadership to support growth. The position is pro rata at £80,000-£90,000 per annum with 2-3 days a week.

Working closely with the CFO and board, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, governance, and financial policy across the not-for-profit organisation, mentoring the finance team and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial controls across the organisation.
• Lead financial planning, risk management and reporting with robust governance.
