RM Recruit is partnering with a Coventry-based organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. The role is hands-on with line management of a Finance Officer and close collaboration with the CFO.

The role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering across the finance function, with hybrid working and scope to lead improvements and systems enhancements.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in managing monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ability to provide financial insight to senior stakeholders and partner with budget holders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance function including reconciliations and reporting.
• Own monthly management accounts and month-end processes.
• Prepare financial reports for senior stakeholders and support statutory accounts.
