Eden Scott seeks a Finance Manager / Financial Controller (Part-Time) to provide strategic financial leadership across the business. You will oversee reporting, controls and planning in collaboration with the MD and Finance Team Lead, driving commercial insight and governance for growth.

The role offers autonomous working in a senior leadership capacity within a growing SME, with a flexible, part-time arrangement and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial reporting, management accounts and governance.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Experience in SME or privately owned business environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly management accounts, analyse revenue, gross profit, EBITDA and costs.
• Monitor cash flow forecasting, working capital, debtors and creditors.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, procedures and year-end reporting.
