The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced, international business environment. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager to support daily banking operations, financial reconciliations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of multicurrency bank accounts
• Processing and allocation of incoming client receipts against the correct invoices
• Processing and allocating outgoing payment transactions
• Assisting with month-end reporting and bank reconciliations
• Weekly reporting of cashflow and cash availability
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding finance-related queries
• Supporting audit and compliance processes as required
• Ad hoc finance administration and support tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a finance is desirable but not essential
• Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
