White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host for a 4-hour weekend contract to help deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store. You will work as part of the Retail team, reporting to the Shop Manager and representing the brand across frontline duties.

You will engage customers, promote promotions, support events, and help maintain visual standards. A friendly, proactive attitude and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager within the Retail team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following ACE pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable).
• Assist with stock replenishment, visual standards, and shop floor operations.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mobile POS to show products across channels.
