Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, banqueting, bars, restaurants, hotels or events preferred.
• Experience in function bar service or wine waiting is an advantage.
• Friendly, reliable and guest‑focused attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Deliver food, bar, and wine service at conferences, banquets, and other events.
• Set up and replenish bars, coffee stations, buffets, and event spaces.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Marriott standards.
• Provide professional wine service and support guests throughout their event.

This role supports all aspects of event operations, with a particular focus on function bar service, wine waiting, and beverage service . You’ll help deliver exceptional experiences at conferences, corporate events, weddings, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, and private functions.
