Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering friendly service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

We offer a fixed hourly rate (£12.71) with 40 hours per week across 5 days, and a range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and career growth within a welcoming hospitality environment in Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not required.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills And Experience
