Join a leading estate agency in Worcester as a Customer Service Representative. This part-time role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in the property industry while providing exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided, and there are opportunities for progression. Flexible weekday hours can be discussed during the application process.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and multi-award-winning Estate Agents while gaining valuable property industry experience. The position is contracted for every Saturday, but there may be opportunities to pick up additional hours during the week if desired. This is a permanent role based at their branch in Worcester.
This role is customer-facing, requiring exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships. You will be the face of the company, meeting potential buyers, showing properties, and gathering feedback.
Previous experience in the property industry is not necessary. However, you must have customer service experience, whether from hospitality, retail, or office work. Full training will be provided. Our client is supportive and offers excellent opportunities for progression within the property industry.
The part-time hours are two or three weekdays (9am – 6pm) and every Saturday (9am – 5pm). There is some flexibility around weekday hours, which can be discussed during the application process.
Requirements:
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour + mileage, with the chance to earn commission on top of this.
