Lettings Negotiator (Birmingham) | Home Made

At Home Made, we focus on creating a high-performance environment and celebrating success together. This role is part of our field sales team, working to find the right property for prospective renters and providing a stress-free, transparent experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their development with a rapidly growing property technology startup. The role is remote within the Birmingham area, with quarterly trips to London and travel outside Birmingham as needed (e.g., Manchester, Watford, London). All travel is via public transport.

If you are a self-starter who thrives independently, then this role is for you! No prior real estate experience is required, but sales skills and customer service are essential.

Salary

Basic £25K+ with competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

Working Hours

Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-6pm, including evenings for viewings based on demand.

Location

The role involves daily travel across Birmingham using public transport, with opportunities in London and Manchester as needed. No driving license required.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct viewings with prospective renters for our Build to Rent portfolios.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after viewings.
• Highlight property features and local amenities tailored to customer needs.
• Accurately record data for client reporting.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, with potential for additional commission.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Operations teams.
• Attend quarterly team meetings in London.
• Promote Home Made’s culture and values of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
