Job summary

Moughton Engineering Ltd is recruiting a Part Time Administrator to support the Welding Inspector/Department within the Quality area. The role requires a proactive, organised candidate capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers 16–20 hours per week, with salary dependent on experience, 23 days holiday pro rata plus birthday leave, wellbeing day, Christmas Eve, and a contributory pension with life assurance and health screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role within an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support within engineering-related activities (welding/NDT advantageous).
• Manage technical documentation and records per procedures.
• Perform data entry, retrieval, and general database maintenance.
• Organise and maintain filing systems, physical and digital.
• Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Archive records in line with compliance requirements.
